Refund policy

 

We want you to love your order! Because our products are books and toys, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Currently, returns are available within Australia only.

For Australian Orders

Timeframe: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof: Email a clear photo of the issue, along with your order details, to help@kirmiray.com.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Next Steps: Once approved, we’ll guide you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges due to the longer turnaround times involved in return and reshipping processes.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

If the return is due to other customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address or refusal on delivery), return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. You’re welcome to place a new order once the return has been processed.

For International Orders

Due to high international shipping costs, we are unable to accept returns for orders delivered outside Australia.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email a photo of the issue and your order details to help@kirmiray.com as soon as your parcel is shown as delivered on the Australia Post tracking.

We’ll do our best to make it right by sending a replacement promptly.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (for Australian customers) and let you know if a refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.
